If you’ve found your way here, something within you is already reaching for care and change. I’m honoured to meet you at this point in your journey. As a clinical psychologist, I work primarily with concerns of low mood, anxiety, repetitive thoughts presenting as OCD, childhood trauma, and grief, among others. I support individuals as they navigate these experiences and move towards improved functioning and quality of life. I firmly believe that with a collaborative approach in therapy and consistent effort towards mental wellbeing, it is possible to experience remarkable and long-lasting changes. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), where we work together on thought patterns that may no longer be serving you, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), which offers tools for managing intense emotions, learning to stay with uncomfortable feelings, improving interpersonal relationships, and bringing mindfulness into daily life by being more present in the moment. Through this collaboration, I hope our journeys intersect in a way that feels meaningful, offering you support as you move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and fulfilling. Outside of work, I enjoy dwelling into self-care, spending time in nature, indulging in good food, and watching movies.

Why did you choose to become a therapist?

Psychology played a formative role in my life, offering me early tools to understand and navigate personal challenges. Experiencing firsthand the capacity of this field to support individuals in times of difficulty deepened my respect for its impact and inspired a strong desire to study it further. As I progressed in this journey, I had the privilege of learning under exceptional mentors, whose guidance not only refined my understanding of psychology but also strengthened my commitment to remain in the field and contribute my best to it.
