Stepping into therapy takes courage, and my first priority is to offer you a safe, welcoming space where you can simply be yourself without the fear of judgment. Whether you are going through a rough patch in your relationship, constantly doubting yourself, or feeling like you are never quite enough for the people in your life, you don’t have to carry that weight alone.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals and couples across diverse age ranges and cultural backgrounds. I completed my Master’s in Person-Centred Counselling at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, followed by a Certification in Couples and Relational Counselling from Relate, England.
This blend of training allows me to look at you not just as an individual, but as a person navigating a complex web of relationships. Whether I am working with a couple trying to untangle years of miscommunication or an individual trying to break old patterns, my goal is to help you build meaningful and fulfilling connections.
When you sit across from me, you are meeting a partner, not an instructor. I don’t believe that therapy is about me telling you what to do or pretending to have all the answers to your life. Instead, it is a truly collaborative space where you are the expert on your own experiences, and I show up with the warmth, honesty, and support needed to help you figure out the path forward.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m all about embracing life rather than just analysing it. I am a big advocate for embracing the “messy” parts of being human, and I firmly believe that healing doesn’t happen by being perfect. It happens in the light of being heard, understood, and unapologetically yourself.

Concerns I can help with
I worry that if people see the real me, they will eventually leave.
I always feel like I'm not good enough, even when things are going well.
I overthink every text, conversation, and conflict until I spiral.
I stay quiet to avoid conflict, but end up feeling resentful and unheard.

Why did you choose to become a therapist?Honestly, it started with my own life. Studying psychology helped me make sense of things when I was going through some really tough times, and once I experienced how life-changing that kind of support could be, I knew I wanted to offer the same to other people.
At heart, I’ve always cared deeply about human relationships; why we grow apart, how we hurt each other, and what it takes to find our way back. I don't think any of us are meant to deal with the heavy stuff entirely on our own. Opening up to a stranger takes a lot of courage, and being a part of that process and helping clients grow is honestly the best part of what I do.
