Growing up, I often wondered why people think, feel, and act the way they do, which led me to explore psychology and eventually pursue a career in therapy. Practicing yoga deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection, teaching me how mental and physical health are closely linked. This inspired me to take a holistic approach to therapy, where I help clients not just work through their challenges but also connect with their inner strengths to find balance and healing.
