Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're struggling with difficult emotions, relationship challenges, self-doubt, trauma, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space where you don't have to navigate it all alone. I believe that my role as a therapist is not to tell you who to be or what to do, but to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and care as you make sense of your experiences and move toward the life you want to create.
My interest in understanding people and the human mind began early in life and eventually grew into a deep passion for psychotherapy. Today, I strive to create a therapeutic space where you can feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to your individual needs. I work from a trauma-informed and attachment-based perspective, helping clients understand and heal the impact of difficult life experiences and relational wounds. Alongside deeper exploratory work, I also integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help develop practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, self-awareness, and navigating everyday challenges.
One of the most meaningful aspects of my work has been hearing clients share that they leave sessions feeling lighter, more understood, and less alone in what they are carrying. If you are considering therapy, I hope to offer a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of your story—one conversation at a time.
Outside of the therapeutic space, I find joy and renewal in exploring the world around me, whether that is through traveling to new places, losing myself in captivating movies and shows, or immersing myself in music. I also love engaging in thoughtful, philosophical conversations that explore the deeper aspects of life and the human experience.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
My decision to become a therapist stems from a deep-rooted passion for understanding and analyzing human behavior. Growing up, I was naturally the person my peers turned to—a warm, compassionate, and empathetic listener. Navigating my own mental health struggles during my formative years with limited or no support taught me the true value of accessible, professional guidance. That personal realization developed into a dedicated clinical inclination. I gain profound professional fulfillment in helping individuals unravel their complex emotional landscapes, and eventually helping them move from a place of isolation to one where they can truly flourish and lead a fulfilling life.
