Sometimes, life starts to feel heavier than it used to. You might find yourself overthinking conversations, feeling overwhelmed by emotions, or wondering why you keep ending up in the same situations. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to make sense of it alone.
I help people navigate anxiety, stress, low or changing moods, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help you understand what's actually driving the patterns you're stuck in, and to build skills you can rely on outside of session, especially in the moments that feel hardest.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy books, films, travel, and writing. They've taught me that no two people move through the world the same way. Everybody has a story and I'm looking forward to hearing yours.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I've always been fascinated by people's experiences. What we feel is shaped by so much more than what's happening in the moment, and understanding that has always felt meaningful to me. Becoming a therapist was a natural extension of that curiosity.
