“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.” — Brené Brown. Hello! If you’re struggling with reaching out for support - you’re welcome here, just as you are. I’ll be here to walk alongside you as we gently make sense of what’s been weighing on you. I often liken the process of therapy to the art of kintsugi — a way of embracing one’s life experiences, finding beauty within imperfection, and allowing them to be transformed into a story of strength, meaning, and growth. As an RCI-Registered Clinical Psychologist, I work with people across the lifespan who feel overwhelmed or anxious, struggle with low mood, are affected by past experiences or stress, are grieving losses, or feel stuck in patterns that impact their emotions, relationships, or sense of self. My approach to therapy is humanistic, relational, and deeply person-centred. My work is grounded in a compassion-focused, strength-based, and trauma-informed framework. I tailor to each individual as I draw from several therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to gently work with unhelpful and limiting patterns, Mindfulness-based Approaches to build acceptance and emotional grounding, and Narrative Therapy to explore life experiences, identity, and personal meaning. Essentially, my role as a therapist is to be a safe and steady harbour for you - where you can pause, reflect, embrace yourself, and move towards a life that feels fulfilling to you. When I’m not on the therapist couch, I often find joy in the little things in life - soulful music, fiction and a warm cup of coffee !

FAQs
FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I chose to become a therapist because I believe deeply in the healing power of relationships. I see the therapeutic relationship as a space where presence, comfort, and unconditional support can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. For me, this work feels like both – a purpose as well as a true privilege. Being a therapist allows me to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with themselves and others, and discover their own capacity for meaningful change, strength, and growth.
