Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. Seeking therapy takes courage, particularly in a culture where emotions are often set aside for responsibility and resilience. This space honours your story, offering understanding, reflection, and support as we work through what truly matters to you.
I am an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology. My work is trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and sex-positive, grounded in creating a safe, respectful space for diverse identities and lived experiences. I have experience supporting adults who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and relationship difficulties. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema-focused work. In simple terms, this means I adapt therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit into one fixed method. These approaches help you respond differently to difficult thoughts and emotions and work on long-standing patterns from early experiences that still affect how you think, feel, and relate to others.
When I’m not in session, I’m usually finding joy in life’s small moments; trying new cafes, baking something sweet, or exploring somewhere unfamiliar. I cherish time with loved ones, unwind with sitcoms, and never pass up the chance to pet a friendly dog.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I chose to become a therapist because psychology resonated with me on a deeply personal level. It gave me a language to understand emotions, relationships, and the ways our past shapes our present. Over time, this understanding grew into a desire to sit with others as they make sense of their own experiences and find ways to move forward.
