If you feel like there is something going on inside your mind, but you are not able to name it - if that feeling is hindering your usual day to day life, making you feel more irritable than usual, or making your thoughts feel like they are caught in a traffic jam - you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I’d be honoured to support you in slowing things down, making sense of what you’re experiencing, and exploring ways to identify and understand what you’re feeling.
As a therapist, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your difficulties and explore ways to navigate them together. If your thoughts feel stuck in a loop or your emotions feel overwhelming, I can help you recognise patterns, understand what you’re experiencing, and find ways to manage them. You can take your time to open up, knowing that everything you share will be met with sensitivity, respect, and confidentiality.
I use a blend of therapies to help you untangle difficult thoughts, regulate intense emotions, manage stress and build healthier relationships. Together, we’ll identify and gently shift the unhelpful thought loops that keep you stuck, while learning practical skills to manage intense emotions. We'll work collaboratively to figure out what's holding you back, focus on practical solutions for the future, and help you make peace with the things you cannot change. Instead of just dwelling on the problem, we will use your personal strengths to build clear solutions and take meaningful steps toward a life you truly value.
And when I feel overwhelmed, I too take a pause - watch a favourite movie, catch up with friends, or cook something I love. Sometimes, a little reset can go a long way.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I became a therapist because I truly believe mental healthcare should be clear, compassionate, and grounded in real life. It can be so hard to take that first step, so my biggest priority is bridging the gap between you reaching out for support and actually finding a safe, comfortable space where you feel truly heard. Whenever life becomes overwhelming - whether it's taking a toll on you mentally, emotionally, or even physically - I am here to help you navigate through it. My goal is to help you find your direction again so you don't have to carry that heaviness alone.
