I offer mental health care for individuals aged 8–25.
I am a Psychologist with the Mental Health Team at Children First. Within the therapeutic space, my work involves integrating several therapeutic approaches, especially rooted in person-centered and narrative practices. I hold a keen interest in understanding the nuances of neurodiversity, gender, social/ cultural diversities and their intersection with lived experiences, holding this framework at the core of therapeutic work. In addition to working closely with adolescents, young adults, and families as a therapist, I also coordinate the Assessment Services as well as Community Outreach at Children First.
