Hello! Every person deserves to have a space that they can call completely their own. My main focus in therapy is to provide you with this space to freely express and explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in any way you want to. I am queer-affirmative and trauma-informed. I take an eclectic approach that is individually tailored to match you as a person, with a mixture of person-centred, narrative and existential views. I sometimes incorporate art into my sessions if you are creatively-oriented. Therapy, to me, is a deeply important experience that can change not just the way you look at life, but also help you develop a kinder, more complete understanding of yourself. I have a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, and have worked with young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, academic and work-related concerns, and people looking to develop a better understanding of themselves. I also have experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My main research interests are youth mental health, death, queer experiences and political engagement. Apart from my therapist persona, I am a writer, and an artist, exploring different mediums with a soft spot for acrylics.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I have always been intrigued by the way the human mind works and how truly unique each one of us is. After I got into psychology, I was able to appreciate the way our minds have the ability to truly know and consciously mould themselves. I came to realise that talking to people and guiding them on a journey that is completely their own is something I love and am good at. This was only reaffirmed once I started my own therapeutic journey.
