If you’ve been feeling worn out, feeling a rush of emotions that seem to overwhelm you, feeling like your world is crumbling around you, you’re not alone. Sometimes the overwhelm is so constant, that you forget what living and not surviving is like. In therapy, we slow things down, unpack what’s been building up, and find ways forward that work for you — without rushing the process.
I’m a trauma-informed Clinical Psychologist (RCI licensed) who works with individuals who may be experiencing intense mood swings, uncontrollable emotions and spiralling thought processes, such as “I swing like a pendulum; one moment I’m extremely happy, and the next I’m throwing something!” I blend different therapeutic approaches with warmth, curiosity, and respect for your pace. I aim to help you understand yourself more deeply and feel safe and secure in who you are. I’m especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients, helping them feel understood while celebrating their strengths.
When not in a therapeutic space, I recharge by painting, reading, and finding little creative projects that make the world feel brighter in my eyes. I’m drawn towards the openness and light brought forth by nature, and I believe those small moments of calm can be powerful.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I chose to become a therapist because I am fascinated by how the human brain functions and what drives individuals to behave the way they do. The intersection of brain and behaviour intrigued me, especially in relation to developmental impact. My goal is to provide a space where individuals feel supported in their journey toward healing and growth.
