Sometimes, it hides behind the smile you force on your face and the whirlwind of thoughts racing through your mind. It’s the sense of being locked inside your own head, endlessly chasing calm yet feeling confused. You keep replaying worst-case scenarios, looping over past mistakes, and rehearsing future complications, at the same time trying to act like everything’s under control. The battle isn't always visible but it's exhausting. You know what’s the hardest part? No one can see the real war happening inside of you.
You’re allowed to be nervous, scared and skeptical but just for a minute hold your own hand and know that you’ve already taken the first step. This is your place to pause, reflect and unpack what weighs you down with a non-judgemental and compassionate support. Whether it’s conflict in your interpersonal relationships, issues in work-life balance, sense making of difficult emotions, trying to discover yourself or simply just letting it all out. As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, my work embodies evidence based therapeutic techniques and a trauma informed approach with unconditional positive regard towards every concern being the core tenet.
Outside of work, my ways of emoting would be through poetry, writing, singing, and unwinding with delicious food. I’ve written something for you in case we share a journey together; know that “Even in fall, hope springs”.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I randomly came across this quote by Carl Jung saying, “where your fear is, there is your task” and it occurred to me that I have to make some big changes to become the best version of myself. It was at that moment I decided to take up psychology in the hope that learning and understanding the vast and diverse aspects of the human psyche will help me contribute my bit in serving humanity to its best form. From that day until now, I firmly believe that it is okay to love something a little too much as long as it is real to you and hence being a therapist is the most wonderful reality now.
