I am a dedicated and compassionate clinical psychologist. I was attracted to this field to explore more about human behaviour- why people do what they do. I believe that therapy is a medium for anyone to untangle and understand themselves better. I find my passion in helping clients heal and thrive in their life. Over the past couple of years, I have worked with a wide variety of clients with depression, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, perinatal mental health issues, psychosis and PTSD in both online and offline platforms. I follow a client centered approach in therapy. I predominantly practise mindfulness based cognitive behaviour therapy, schema therapy and metacognitive therapy. When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my family, watching movies or simply roaming around. I also enjoy creative writing and have published my works.

FAQs
FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I strongly believe in compassion and kindness. It is an intellectually and emotionally satisfying profession when you could help people heal from their scars. It feels good when clients can talk to me about their deeper darker issues without the fear of judgement. It feels great as the therapy journey unfolds, how a person blooms and learns to thrive in their life.
