Sometimes life looks perfectly fine from the outside, yet inside it feels heavy, confusing, or exhausting. You may be doing everything you’re “supposed” to do, but still feel overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or unsure about what you’re feeling. If that’s where you are right now, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
As a psychologist, I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without feeling judged or rushed. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, gently exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences so that they begin to make more sense. Together, we look at the patterns in your thinking, understand how they influence how you feel and respond, and work towards building healthier and more supportive ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
Outside of therapy, you’ll probably find me listening to music, rewatching sitcoms on Netflix, or enjoying good food.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
While many around me were focused on becoming doctors who treat the physical body, I found myself deeply curious about the human mind and how our thoughts, emotions, and experiences shape the way we live. I realized that true well-being is not just physical but also psychological. This curiosity about understanding people and helping them navigate their inner world led me to pursue therapy.
