If you're reading this while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or unsure of what to do next, know that you're not alone. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space to better understand your experiences and find new ways of responding to them.
I support young and middle-aged adults and draw from CBT, supportive psychotherapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and a trauma-informed approach to tailor therapy to each individual's needs and goals. My approach is primarily informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), which focuses on understanding the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Alongside symptom relief and skill-building, I also value curiosity, self-understanding, and compassion as important parts of the therapeutic process.
Over the years, I have worked with diverse populations across different age groups and clinical settings, supporting individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and personality-related difficulties.
Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, listening to music and podcasts, and spending time with friends and family, which helps me stay grounded and connected.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
Looking back, one thread has remained constant throughout my life: I have always enjoyed listening to people and understanding their experiences. As my curiosity about human emotions, relationships, and resilience grew, so did my interest in psychology.
What drew me to therapy was the idea that many of the patterns we struggle with are not as fixed as they may seem. I find it deeply meaningful to support people as they better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and discover their own capacity for growth and change.
