Life can feel heavy at times, even when things look fine on the outside. You may be trying your best, holding everything together, or simply feeling unsure about what you are experiencing. Therapy is not a sign of being broken, but an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and feel supported. I aim to offer a warm and accepting environment where you can show up as you are, without fear of judgment. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive difficulties, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, and personality-related patterns. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Schema Therapy, along with relaxation techniques and mindfulness-based practices. These approaches help you understand your thoughts and emotions, learn healthier ways to cope, build emotional balance, and make changes that feel manageable and meaningful in daily life. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Outside my clinical work, I enjoy learning, reading, spending time outdoors, connecting with friends, and baking. These moments help me stay grounded and connected to everyday life. I value curiosity, growth, and compassion - both in my work and in life. Healing often begins when you feel safe enough to be real and gently supported in the process.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I chose to become a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported. I genuinely care about people and their stories, especially during difficult times. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, honesty, and respect as you find your own strength and clarity.
