Therapy can seem daunting at first. Taking the first step can invite a lot of struggles, but once you start, the feeling may not be the same. In my sessions, I strive to offer a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where you can reflect, explore, and work towards meaningful change. You do not need to have everything figured out, you are welcome as you are.
I work from an intersectional approach influenced by both micro and macro spaces to understand human behavior holistically. In my sessions, I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior to help people work on their thoughts, feelings and emotions. I have worked with people having concerns related to Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Schizophrenia and other daily life concerns such as “I don’t feel good these days”, “I can’t seem to get that thought of my mind” etc.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy playing sudoku and engaging with puzzle-based games.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I chose to become a therapist because I’ve always been deeply curious about human behaviour and the many layers that shape how people think, feel, and act. The process of understanding and gently uncovering those layers - especially when it helps someone make sense of themselves - felt both meaningful and deeply aligned with who I am.
