If you are wondering whether you should take the first step towards therapy, you are at the right place. Taking this step might seem hard, but many people find that just starting the conversation brings relief and opens doors they didn’t think were possible. With the right support, even small steps can lead to big shifts.
Hello. I am here to help you as a licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in the field. I completed my M.Phil in Clinical Psychology. As a therapist, I am here to offer you a safe and non-judgmental space to help you open up about the most difficult areas of your life.
In my clinical experience I have helped people struggling with feelings of extreme tension and nervousness, being overwhelmed and being unsure of what to do, relationship conflicts or grief. I borrow strategies from evidence based approaches like Cognitive Behavior Therapy, in which we focus on the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviours, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness based therapies, which help us to be in the present moment and Attachment based therapies - all of which are tailored to clients’ unique needs.
My therapeutic approach is warm and collaborative. Through personalized treatment plans, together, we aim at identifying the strengths, understanding emotional responses, and setting realistic goals for well-being. I assist clients to develop coping skills, build resilience, and achieve meaningful change through the course of the therapeutic journey.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
My fascination with understanding human behavior led me to the field of psychology, where I discovered my passion for helping others. As I learned more about the emotional struggles people face, I felt a deep desire to support individuals through their mental turmoil. What truly motivated me to become a therapist was the belief that no one should have to face their struggles alone. I wanted to be someone who could listen without judgment, guide with empathy, and show people that there is always a way forward, even when the path feels uncertain or overwhelming.
