I am a firm believer in acceptance as the first step toward healing, and I recognize that it's a gradual process to achieve contentment and health within familiar boundaries and environments. As a working professional for 8 years, I completed my latest degree, an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from PGIBAMS, Raipur. My therapeutic approach predominantly involves my person-centered approach, combined with self-reading. I specialize in therapeutic modalities, which includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a Humanistic approach and trauma-informed techniques. My eclectic approach allows me to make a significant impact in mental health, particularly in areas like self-image, self-esteem, anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. In addition, I have expertise in couples therapy, addressing interpersonal issues, communication challenges, and assisting couples in navigating the complexities of marriage adjustments. Outside of my professional life, I find joy in DIY projects, watching movies, and listening to music—especially sufi and instrumental genres, small coffee dates and spending quality time with my family.
