I have completed my MPhil (2012) and PhD (2016) in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS, Bengaluru. I am passionate towards making therapy more accessible and towards this effort, I have worked on not only proving my clinical services in private practice but also designing brief therapy packages, along with training and supervision plans for budding therapists. I hold vast experience in working with conditions related to anxiety, emotion regulation, personality, family and couple issues as well as neuropsychology and severe Psychiatric illnesses. My therapy style is based in third-wave therapies including Mindfulness-based therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with traditional CBT styles, Interpersonal therapy and Systemic Therapy. As therapy is a highly collaborative process, my treatment approach is dependent on individual needs and preferences of the clients through shared-decision-making.
