Do you know what the pause button to overthinking is? Talking about it. I strongly believe that sometimes a small glint of curiosity can lead to long term relief. But when the world inside you feels heavy, where do you share these thoughts? That is where my role begins. I aim to offer a safe, non judgemental space where you can hear yourself more clearly - what you are saying, feeling, and thinking - and feel free to make your own choices and take charge of a life that feels lighter than before.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in my work, where we focus on the overthinking patterns that often involve maladaptive thoughts. Together, we break these thoughts down, examine them from different perspectives, and gradually transform them into adaptive thoughts. Another approach I use is Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), where you take the lead during the session. This creates a non-judgemental and safe space for you to openly explore and talk about everything that is on your mind. In addition to these modalities, I also incorporate techniques from Gestalt Therapy and Grief Therapy. These approaches help you process emotions, explore unresolved experiences, and work toward finding meaningful closure to the unfinished stories in your life.
Enough with the technicalities! Let's talk about hobbies now. I love rewatching Modern Family (I resonate with Mitchell), I read fiction (mostly thrillers and ambiguous endings), I doodle a lot and I love collecting fridge magnets!

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
In today’s busy world, people hear a lot, but very few truly listen. I chose to become a therapist because I believe being genuinely heard can be deeply healing. Offering a space where people feel understood, without judgement or rush, is what drew me to this work.
