If you’ve come here feeling overwhelmed like you can’t hold it together anymore, or wondering what’s going on inside, maybe feeling too emotional, stuck, numb, low, or constantly on edge, take a deep breath. You’re not alone. I’m here to walk alongside you and help ease the weight you’re carrying.
Hi, I am Snigdha Sinha, a RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology. Over the course of my experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of concerns from stress, overthinking, low mood, and anxiety, to intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, trauma recovery, grief, and the emotional toll of caregiving.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion and deep respect for your unique background, values, and life experiences. I believe that while our concerns may fluctuate over time, they are just one part of our story, not a definition of who we are. I strive to create a safe space, one that is non-judgmental and destigmatizing, where you feel heard and supported.
My goal is to help you find small but meaningful steps forward, even in the midst of difficult times. Many of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are not signs of danger; they are messages from the mind, signaling something important, asking to be understood. Through our work, we’ll gently uncover their purpose and build new ways of responding to them with clarity and compassion using methods from different evidence-based practices.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here, and we can begin wherever you are.

Why did you choose to become a therapist?
Since I started to study Psychology in school, I have always wanted to learn more as it would fascinate me how every individual is different and how similar experiences can have a varied impact on each one of us. My interest majorly stemmed from my curiosity to understand the human mind and why people behave the way they do. This in turn, led me to understand myself better. I firmly believe that individuals can heal and grow when they are in an environment that offers respect, support, visibility, and, above all, a voice. Studying psychology has provided me with the opportunity to be part of this transformative journey and make a positive impact, solidifying my decision to become a psychotherapist. Supporting others through their struggles, transformations, and healing processes is the most rewarding experience I can imagine. I find immense joy in witnessing clients discover hope and transform their challenges into strengths for the future.
