When life starts to feel like too much all at once and you’re barely keeping your head above water, you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with people who often know what’s troubling them but feel stuck about where or how to begin making a change. If you’re constantly on edge, feel intense anxiety that seems to come out of nowhere, or find certain thoughts looping again and again in your mind, you’re not alone. I also work with individuals navigating OCD and related concerns - and support is possible for any concern you come with. I am a Clinical Psychologist with a strong interest in trauma-informed care. In our work together, I’ll help you learn how to sit with difficult emotions without losing yourself in them. We’ll gently explore how these emotions show up in your body, and begin to notice patterns of thoughts and behaviours that may no longer be serving you. At your own pace, we’ll work toward shifting these patterns into ones that feel more manageable and less overwhelming. Most importantly, I offer a space where you can be heard - where we can make sense of the pain, confusion, and heaviness you may be carrying. Outside of my work, I find comforts in moments like playing with colours, singing, or watching a familiar show.

Why did you choose to become a therapist?

My journey with Psychology goes back to my high school when I used to enjoy doing the interesting practicals. My never-ending love for sunflowers introduced me to Van Gogh's work and his life journey with bipolar disorder. Already studying psychology at that time, this sparked a deeper curiosity about mental health. My interest in biology since school and getting to study neuropsychology later fueled my passion to pursue clinical psychology. At different points in life, I have seen first-hand how mental health is an indispensable factor, shaping not just individual lives but entire families. This realization made me choose psychology as my profession—not only to provide support but also to spread awareness that help exists and no one has to suffer in silence.
