Hello. I am a Psychologist at Amaha. With a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. In my years of practice, I have worked with a diverse range of clients in various clinical settings. My experience includes helping individuals dealing with depression, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, and various anxiety-related conditions. I am trained in various therapeutic techniques like cognitive behavior therapy, client-centered therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. However, I use an eclectic approach, which involves borrowing techniques and tools from different therapeutic modalities to fit the client's needs. I believe that life is a process, not a constant state, and so is healing. It is never a destination, and in this process, each step, no matter how small, brings us closer to understanding and accepting ourselves. Outside work, I enjoy reading, doodling, listening to music, playing sports, photography, spending time in nature, creating mandala art, and travelling.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
My passion for becoming a therapist comes from my personal and professional experiences, which have shaped who I am and how I work. Holding and supporting another human being through their struggles, transformation, and healing is the greatest reward I can ever experience. Watching someone find hope and turn their difficulties into strengths for the future is what I love most about being a therapist.
