Sometimes, life asks more of us than we know how to give. In trying to stay strong, we forget what it feels like to simply be. Pain doesn’t always look the way we expect — it can appear as overthinking, holding everything together, or feeling disconnected from who we used to be.
As a Clinical Psychologist, I strive to create a space where you can finally exhale — one that feels safe, genuine, and without judgment. I often meet people who say, “I feel like I’m just going through the motions,” or “I’m tired of being strong all the time.” These aren’t weaknesses; they’re stories of survival. I’ve worked with individuals facing depression, anxiety, stress, grief, OCD, personality difficulties, and attachment challenges — each with their own story, history, and way of making sense of what they’re going through.
For me, therapy isn’t about fixing or rescuing; it’s about walking alongside you as we make sense of your story together, helping you rediscover the strength that’s been there all along. I’ve completed my M.Phil. and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — evidence-based approaches that help individuals identify patterns, build resilience, and reconnect with what brings meaning. Outside of work, I find calm in reading, long walks, good coffee, and time with my dogs.
