I can imagine that it is hard, and you may feel alone in this. You may feel like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. I am here to walk with you and help you see that light that you aren’t able to see right now.
If you ever ask yourself, “Why do I keep feeling the pain from my past?” or “Why am I not able to understand what I am feeling?” or simply that “I need someone to hold me”, this space is for you - and I’m here to support you through them.
I work collaboratively with you, providing you with a safe space wherein we both understand and work through your pain and fears. This understanding then empowers you to make new choices, feel better, and overcome your difficulties.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist, deeply trained in multiple evidence-based approaches. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), where we explore and reshape unhelpful thought patterns; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps build openness toward difficult experiences while aligning with what truly matters to you; mindfulness-based therapies, where we cultivate presence and inner calm; and trauma-informed therapy, which offers a safe space to process and heal from past or ongoing pain.
Closing our eyes to something in the room doesn’t make it disappear. To feel less afraid of it or to eventually move past it we need to look at it, stay with it, and build the strength to tolerate its presence. I am trained to help you develop this strength and tolerance.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
It was an inner calling for me. I felt that helping people in need would bring a sense of meaning to my life. I always wanted to be in a profession wherein I could help people. In my bachelors, I came to realize the ignorance mental health faces due to stigma and unawareness. I decided to work in this area and address these issues at my end
