I believe therapy should be a space where you can be yourself without having to justify, minimize, or explain everything you feel. I’m interested in understanding people in the context of their experiences, relationships, and the ways they’ve learned to cope. I strive to create a space where people feel heard, understood, and accepted, while gently working towards meaningful and sustainable change.
My approach is collaborative, evidence - based, and tailored to each individual. I primarily integrate Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy - informed strategies, and psychoeducation to help clients navigate emotional, interpersonal and life challenges.
I don’t see my role as telling you what you should do, but as helping you understand yourself better and figure out what feels right for you. I want therapy to feel like a space where you have the freedom to question, grow, and make changes at your own pace.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching films and series, exploring new places and cafés, and spending time with the people close to me. I also enjoy having quiet time to myself, especially when I need to recharge and step away from the pace of everyday life.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I’ve always been fascinated by understanding why people think, feel, and behave the way they do. Psychology gave me a way to understand these things beyond simply labelling them as “good” or “bad” behaviour. Therapy allows me to combine scientific knowledge with genuine human connection. It is incredibly meaningful to be trusted with someone's story and to walk alongside them through difficult phases of life.
