Oftentimes, life can feel overwhelming and one may find it hard to cope with life’s challenges alone. Your thoughts won’t stop, and you’re not sure where to turn. In therapy with me, you’ll find a space where you can slow down, breathe, and share your feelings, without being judged. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, and together we can work toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change. I will help you explore challenges and develop coping skills at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil and Master’s in Clinical Psychology, trained in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, and Supportive Therapy. I adapt these approaches to help you build healthier patterns, manage emotions, and take steps toward the life you want. I work with depression, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, substance use, and more, and have expertise in psychometric assessments. Clients have described feeling, “I feel like this relationship is going to end, but I can’t seem to let go,” “It’s like I’m moving through fog, with no energy or excitement,” or “I wake up already tired.” My work is rooted in empathy, active listening, and creating a safe space to explore challenges, guided by ongoing learning and current research.
Outside of my professional life, I have also trained in classical dance, which continues to inspire balance and creativity in my work.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
What began as a curiosity about the mind and how people cope with challenges soon grew into a deep passion as I continued studying psychology. I found myself drawn to understanding human behavior not just academically, but also emotionally. As I learned more, I recognized how important therapeutic support can be in someone's life. Choosing this path was never just about a career. It was about aligning with a purpose, to listen, to support, and to help people find healing and direction when they need it most. The greatest joy for me is witnessing the clients walk through the path of transformation.
