3 years of experience

I offer developmental support for children under 8.

Sheetal Garg is a Senior Occupational Therapist and Early Interventionist, currently serving as the Program Manager for various Developmental Care Groups at Children First, New Delhi. She brings over three years of experience working with young children with developmental differences and their families, using an integrated and collaborative approach. She leads the Move and Groove Group at Children First, which focuses on sensory regulation and motor planning skills in young children. She is also a faculty member for the Certificate Course in Child and Youth Mental Health. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and is an Avaz Certified AAC Professional. Her clinical work is grounded in play-based developmental approaches and sensory integration therapy, with a focus on supporting regulation, participation, and functional skill development. She strongly believes that “It takes a village to raise a child” and therefore practices holistic, family-centred care, working closely with caregivers as well as the larger support systems within the child’s community.
