18 years of experience

It is not always easy to reach out for support especially for your mental and emotional well being. By coming here you have shown gentle strength- a belief in yourself. I am here to walk alongside- at your pace. With nearly two decades of experience as a psychologist, I journey with individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe each person carries within them the strength to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. My role is to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where you feel supported and respected as you take those steps forward. Over the years, I have helped clients experiencing different types of stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, and identity questions around sexuality and gender. I also work with those whose emotional pain shows up physically—through conditions such as PCOD, migraines, muscle pain, or IBS—helping them see mind and body as connected, not separate. My approach is holistic, client-centered- drawing from multiple evidence based frameworks, intersectional awareness and also my interest in yoga, dance, cooking and travel. Each session is shaped to meet you where you are, with what you need. Therapy may involve exploring emotions through a psychodynamic or attachment lens, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thoughts, engaging the body’s memory with Somatic Therapy, or easing the weight of past experiences with Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Alongside, I share practical skills from mindfulness and cognitive restructuring that you can carry into daily life. I often describe therapy as a journey at sea: you are the captain, your body the vessel, your emotions the winds and waves, and your relationships the sails and anchors. My role and commitment is to be the compass—helping you navigate with clarity and confidence toward a life that feels more grounded and uniquely your own.

Why did you choose to become a therapist?

It was an organic process.I have always been curious about human emotions and behavior - fostered at a very early age through my training as a classical dancer. This led me to study psychology and earn a Master's degree. The awareness, vocabulary and sense of empowerment that I gained from it made me realise that I could offer the same to others- not make them feel alone in their struggle. This led me to becoming a Psychologist. I am just following my calling.
