
Samreen Rehman (she/her) is a mental health professional with experience spanning clinical practice, research, training, and program development. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and has published research in peer-reviewed journals on family wellbeing and social-emotional experiences.
Currently working at Children First, where her work centers on clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, and young adults.Her clinical practice integrates evidence- based approaches with developmentally responsive and creative methods, including art-based group therapy for children with varied developmental needs. She focuses on seeing and cherishing people in their wholeness, as they come with their shades of struggles and competencies. Her inclination toward community mental health, multidisciplinary framework, and neurodiversity continue is at the focus for creating accessible, child-centred mental health ecosystems.
