“You’re not behind in life, you’re exactly where your journey with yourself begins.”
I tend to sit with things a little longer than most people do, whether it’s a thought, a feeling, or a conversation that stays with me beyond the moment. In therapy, that means I won’t rush you toward quick answers or expect you to have everything figured out. I offer a space where you can take your time, speak freely, and not feel the need to filter yourself. I show up with consistency, honesty, and intention, holding space for both the heavier and lighter parts of your experience. Our sessions are meant to feel real and human, where silence is comfortable, conversations unfold naturally, and you can be exactly as you are.
My approach to therapy is integrative and shaped around you. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches helping you notice and understand your patterns, reconnect with what truly matters to you, and take small, intentional steps toward a life that feels more aligned. At the same time, I also value expression beyond words. Through art-based techniques and elements of movement, therapy can become a more experiential space, one that connects with your interests, your creativity, and the parts of you that may not always find expression in conversation alone.
At its core, this work is about helping you reconnect with yourself, your values, and a sense of direction that feels meaningful to you. And in the same way I find grounding in small, reflective pauses, sitting with a warm cup of chai, doodling, or simply allowing myself a moment to slow down and reflect. I bring that same sense of presence and gentleness into the space we create together, so that over time, things can begin to feel a little clearer, a little lighter, and more your own.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
My journey toward becoming a therapist began with a quiet curiosity about my own inner world and a desire to understand it more deeply. What started as a personal search for reflection gradually opened into a wider horizon, one where I could see how rich, complex, and varied human experiences truly are. Psychology became a way for me to make sense of these layers, not just within myself but across others as well. Over time, this curiosity grew into a sense of meaning: to understand, to sit with, and perhaps to contribute in some small way to the lives and stories of others.
