As a therapist, my aim is to empower my clients, help them navigate their unique experiences and pursue personal growth. My work focuses on uncovering my clients’ strengths and facilitating meaningful changes that enhance their emotional and mental wellbeing. I hold a masters degree in Psychology with a specialisation in clinical psychology from KC College, Mumbai. I am trauma informed and I follow a person-centred approach in my interaction with clients, drawing mainly from CBT, DBT, Schema focused and Gestalt approaches. I take on a very holistic view of my client’s wellness and try to offer a comprehensive and tailored approach to each of my clients, depending on their contexts and goals. I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety-related concerns, depression, interpersonal issues and self esteem challenges. When I am not working, you will find me engaged in a book or a web series. I absolutely love travelling and swimming.

Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I've always been curious as to why people perceive and react to the same situations in such diverse ways. Growing up, I was intrigued by the varying responses people have to similar experiences and the underlying reasons for these differences. This curiosity led me to explore how backgrounds, emotions, and thought processes shape our reactions and interactions. I’ve learned that therapy provides a unique opportunity to delve into these dynamics, helping clients understand their emotional responses. I thoroughly enjoy the process. As a therapist, I find it incredibly rewarding to see people discover their own strengths and grow. Watching their personal growth unfold is truly inspiring.
