Every person carries their own story, struggles, and strengths & healing begins when these stories are heard with compassion and empathy. I believe therapy is a brave step toward healing. My aim is to provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can gently untangle your thoughts and feelings. My role is not to offer quick fixes, but to walk alongside you as you rediscover your own wisdom and possibilities.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. and Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or disconnected in their daily lives and relationships. In my sessions, I often hear people say things like “My mind won’t stop racing,” “I feel numb,” “It’s like I’m just existing,” or “I want to talk, but I shut down.” These honest moments are where healing begins, and I strive to offer a space where such experiences can be explored safely.
My approach is collaborative and focused on finding what works for you. Together, we'll use a mix of effective strategies, whether that means practical tools for understanding your thoughts or creative techniques for exploring your feelings. Our work is a journey we take at your pace. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, travelling and yoga—little things that help me recharge and stay connected to myself. I believe that even small steps in therapy can bring meaningful change, and I feel privileged to be a part of this process with my clients.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I've always been profoundly drawn to people's stories—not just the events, but the rich inner worlds and quiet strengths that shape them. I believe that being truly heard is a fundamental human need, and I find it incredibly meaningful to offer a dedicated space where someone can feel safe enough to be vulnerable. It is a deep privilege to hold that space, to sit with someone in their uncertainty, and to walk alongside them, not as an expert with all the answers, but as a steady companion while they rediscover their own hope and strength.
