Hi, I’m a Clinical Psychologist with an MPhil from Sweekaar Academy of Rehabilitation Sciences (2025) and an MSc in Psychology from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research (2021). I’ve worked as a Psycho-oncologist at Cipher Oncology (2021–2022), supporting individuals and families through coping with terminal illness. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore and understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My therapeutic approach is both evidence-based and eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Supportive Psychotherapy, and Assertiveness Training, always tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I have experience working with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, interpersonal relationship issues, and the psychological impact of terminal illness. I often incorporate mindfulness techniques to help clients reconnect with themselves, manage overwhelming emotions, and build inner strength. At the core of my work is the belief that mental health care should be accessible, supportive, and empowering. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy jamming to music, calming my mind with mandalas, and spending time with my family.

FAQs
FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I chose to become a therapist because I was searching for answers; answers no one seemed to have for the mental health challenges I witnessed in my extended family. That curiosity, rooted in personal experience, led me to the field of psychology. What began as a quest for understanding slowly turned into a deep and lasting connection with the subject. The more I explored, the more I was drawn to the complexity and beauty of human behavior, how our minds work, how our experiences shape us, and how healing is possible with the right support. Over time, psychology evolved from being a source of answers to becoming a meaningful path where I could help myself and others find clarity, healing, and hope.
