If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of holding it all together — you're not alone. This space is for you, just as you are, without the need to explain everything perfectly. Here, your pain is met with gentleness, and your story with deep respect. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe, slowly making sense of what’s been too heavy to carry alone. Sometimes, healing begins not with answers, but with someone truly listening one step at a time.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist, drawing from different therapy approaches based on what suits you best. If you’re feeling low or anxious, withdrawing, lashing out, or carrying pain others can’t see, Dialectical Behavior Therapy can help manage emotions and build effective skills. If you feel others are always better or more deserving, fear being left, or tend to ignore your own needs, Schema Therapy can help shift those deeper patterns. When self-critical thoughts like “I always make mistakes” or “I can never get things right” make it hard to move forward, Compassion Focused Therapy supports building a kinder relationship with yourself. Other approaches may be used depending on what your inner world needs. Therapy here is not about giving you endless techniques—it’s a process we work through together, so you feel understood and more in control.
Outside of therapy, I turn to the small joys that help me feel grounded — cooking something new, exploring different places, or unwinding with a good laugh from a comforting show. These moments remind me that healing doesn’t always come in big breakthroughs — sometimes, it’s in the quiet, everyday things that bring us back to ourselves.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
From early on, I was often the person friends and loved ones turned to in difficult times—they saw me as someone who listened deeply and offered steady support. A friend once suggested that I explore psychology, and as I began studying it, I found myself drawn to the depth and complexity of the human mind. What started as a natural inclination became a meaningful path: helping people navigate their inner worlds. Over time, this work has challenged and inspired me, and I continue to grow toward the larger purpose of supporting others in their healing and self-discovery.
