I think I became a therapist because I’ve always been curious about people, the stories we carry, the things we don’t say out loud and the little moments that shape who we become. Over time, I realised that being able to sit with someone in the middle of their uncertainty, without rushing towards an answer, is something people deeply value. Therapy, to me, is not about telling someone how to live their life. It is about walking alongside them for a while, helping them understand their own waters a little better and trusting that they can find their way through.
