When your thoughts feel like rules carved in stone, it can be hard to imagine another way to live. Self-doubt seeps in, making every decision feel heavier, every step forward harder. Therapy can be a place to loosen those rigid patterns, to see yourself and your options more clearly, and to discover the possibility of change – even if it feels distant right now.
As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, I offer a space where we work together to challenge unhelpful beliefs, understand how your thoughts shape your emotions and actions, and gradually build more flexible, empowering ways of thinking. I take a trauma-informed approach incorporating aspects of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). While CBT helps you notice unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical strategies to respond differently, ACT helps to guide you in relating differently to your inner experiences—learning how to let difficult thoughts and feelings take up less control in your life while staying focused on the values and directions that matter most to you. Both approaches help you move from feeling stuck to taking steps—big or small—toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. I keep the process clear, collaborative, and always at your pace. Change isn’t instant, but it is possible, and it’s worth it.
Outside the therapy room, I love creating through art, craft, and dance, and taking spontaneous walks with or without a plan – often stopping to capture skies and enjoy a beautiful chai. That same curiosity and openness infuses the work we’ll do together.
Thank you for considering taking this step toward your well-being. It takes a lot of courage to even be here. Whatever you choose next, I hope you care for yourself with the same patience and kindness that you deserve.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I got interested in Psychology out of curiosity to understand how our brain can handle all the wonderful parts of being human? That question stuck with me. What started as a fun curiosity quickly became something more: wanting to understand what happens when things don’t feel quite right in our minds. Along the way, I realized therapy can be a game-changer—but only if it’s done with genuine care. So I didn’t just decide to become a therapist; I decided to do it right.
What keeps me going is seeing people change, little by little. Watching someone start to see themselves in a new light and take back control—that’s what really matters. Mental health struggles don’t define you. I’m not here to give quick fixes, but to walk alongside you as we figure things out together, one step at a time.
