Hello. I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), and have completed my M.Phil. from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in 2021. I specialise in anxiety disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism and ADHD. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-based approaches. I also specialize in emotional regulation, anger management, conflict resolution, occupational burn-out and enhancing interpersonal skills. My practice is infused with a person-centered approach, creating a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic environment. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is a two-way process. This alliance provides space not only for intervention but also for meaningful experiences that can enhance social adaptation. Through our interactions, you can practice and refine your social relationships in a supportive setting.

FAQs
FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?

As an adolescent, I often found myself wishing for a psychological counselor in my school, someone who could provide the guidance I needed to navigate my challenges and difficulties. This made me realize how impactful such guidance could be. Academically, I not only learned about various therapeutic approaches and modalities but also delved into the core essence of therapy. Witnessing the transformative power of therapy and the progress my clients make is incredibly rewarding, reaffirming my dedication every day.
