Do you ever feel that there is a lot on your mind, but nowhere to unload all those thoughts, emotions and feelings? Yeah? Me too. Sometimes you just need a space where you can be yourself and trust that there is space for all of you. I believe deeply in the power of having someone in your corner, offering a stable, supportive presence where you can talk, be heard, and feel less alone. Backed by a Masters' from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai, I am on my journey to create that space for you. My most fundamental commitment to you as a therapist is simple: to be there for you, to provide a space of safety and connection, where you can simply be. Together, we can explore what living authentically means for you and help you find your voice. Drawing on my strengths-based, client-centred and narrative approach, I will walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity and empathy as we untangle your stories and make meaning from them. Outside of the therapy space, you are likely to find me attempting to solve sudokus and crosswords, throwing paint on paper in hopeful bursts of art, or laughing deeply with friends who keep me grounded. Let’s talk :)

Why did you choose to become a therapist?

My journey began with the simple observation that my deepest strength has always been connecting with people – truly understanding them, and feeling understood in return. Psychology offered the path to explore that strength, and therapy became the way to channel it into genuine support for others. What solidified my path was the realisation, even within my own life, that every story is layered, nuanced, and complex. Life isn't lived in black and white, but in the grey. I became a therapist to create a space where those complexities can be safely explored and validated. I believe everyone deserves to be truly heard and understood in all their complexity.
