If you’re feeling low, constantly worried, or trapped in your own thoughts, you don’t have to face it alone. Many of the clients I work with share that they feel misunderstood, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying everything by themselves — wanting to withdraw, yet wishing someone would truly see them. My role as a therapist is to offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to explain or justify what you’re feeling, and where you’re allowed to be vulnerable.
I support individuals experiencing low mood, loneliness, constant worry, addiction, and stress. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help identify and gently shift unhelpful thought patterns, Mindfulness-Based work to support staying in the present and observing thoughts without judgment, and a client-centred approach grounded in empathy, acceptance, and genuine understanding.
In our sessions, I focus on listening deeply and moving at a pace that feels safe for you. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and work towards helping you feel more grounded and less alone. I believe that what you’re feeling makes sense, and that support offered with care can make even the hardest moments feel a little more bearable.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cat, listening to music, and watching shows and movies, going on drives — small moments that help me slow down and reset, and that I believe matter in healing too.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
My journey into therapy began with a curiosity about psychology and understanding what motivates people to think and behave the way they do. Over time, this grew into a deeper calling, as I found meaning in empathising with and connecting with people at a very human level. I’ve come to see how powerful it can be to have a space where you’re listened to without judgment and not rushed into fixing things. This work has supported my personal and professional growth, and allows me to offer a steady, supportive presence to those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or alone.
