If you've been carrying more than you've had the time or the space to make sense of, I'm glad you're here. Maybe things have felt heavier than usual lately, or you're going through a transition that's stirred up more than you expected. Maybe you're tired of holding it all together on your own, or you're just not sure where to even begin putting words to what you're feeling. Whatever brought you here, there's no need to have it all figured out before we start. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, and emotional difficulties. My approach to therapy is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches based on what feels most helpful for you, rather than following a one-size-fits-all method. Together, we'll make sense of your experiences, understand patterns that may no longer be serving you, and build on the strengths and resources you already have, all at a pace that feels safe and collaborative. Outside the therapy room, you'll usually find me reading, journaling, going for long walks, watching a good show, or getting lost in conversations that make me see the world a little differently. And if there's dessert involved, that's almost always a bonus.

FAQs
FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I didn't always imagine myself becoming a therapist. My path into psychology came from a deep curiosity about what it means to be human. I've always found myself wondering about the stories people carry, why we respond to life the way we do, and how healing becomes possible. That curiosity eventually grew into a calling. The more I learned, the more certain I became that this was the kind of work I wanted to spend my life doing. Today, what continues to inspire me is the privilege of sitting with people through some of their most vulnerable moments and helping them make sense of experiences that may feel confusing or overwhelming.
