Reaching out for support is often the first step toward understanding ourselves and gaining greater clarity about the challenges we face. If you find yourself feeling unsure or confused about whether to seek help, I would encourage you not to hold back. Sometimes taking that first step can open the door to insights and possibilities we did not anticipate.
Hello! I am a clinically trained therapist with experience in working with a range of mood-related concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout. I also work with difficulties related to digital use, including problematic internet use, excessive time spent on social media, and gaming-related challenges.
Some of the experiences clients share with me include:
“I keep distracting myself even when I know I should be working.”
“I cannot disconnect myself from my phone.”
While my work is grounded in structured clinical training, I prefer to adapt my approach to the unique needs of each individual. At times, clients may want to focus on addressing an immediate concern and finding practical ways to cope with current challenges. At other times, the work may involve exploring deeper patterns to better understand where these difficulties are coming from. I strive to work collaboratively, respecting each person’s pace and the direction in which they want to move.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy slowing down and spending time in simple ways such as watching movies and series, relaxing at a cafe, or scrolling on my phone.
Concerns I can help with

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I believe in the saying ‘We all are connected.’ So, when deciding my career path, other than my curiosity about the human mind, I wanted to pursue a profession that allowed genuine connection with people. The opportunity to witness personal growth and resilience in people is what makes this work purposeful for me.
