I can imagine how heavy it may feel to carry pain alone. My hope, from the very first session, is that you feel connected, safe, and comfortable — like you don’t have to guard yourself here. Many of my clients share that they feel understood, validated, and deeply heard in our time together, and that sense of connection becomes the foundation of our work.
My guiding belief as a therapist is simple: no one should have to go through their struggles alone. I’m here to sit with you in your hardest moments, to understand the agony behind your silence, and to remind you that you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
In our sessions, I bring a balance of gentle listening, compassionate presence, and practical tools that support your growth. I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy when someone feels weighed down by overwhelming thoughts or self-criticism, guiding them toward more balanced perspectives and healthier coping strategies. I turn to Schema Therapy when deeper, longstanding patterns from early experiences surface in current struggles, helping clients understand and shift those patterns with compassion and care. With Dialectical Behavioral Therapy I try to support clients in managing intense emotions, building coping skills, and strengthening relationships and I also try to integrate Trauma-Informed Practices — always tailoring them to your unique needs with the intention of helping you feel heard, validated, and supported.
At the heart of my work, I care most about helping you build resilience, rediscover hope, and feel a little lighter in the process.
Outside the therapy room, I find joy in dancing, getting lost in nature, music that stirs emotions, and unwinding with a good show or movie. These pieces of life keep me grounded — and remind me of the small moments of beauty we can all lean on.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I became a therapist because I’ve always believed no one should have to face their struggles alone. For me, therapy is about offering a safe, non-judgmental space where someone can feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Being able to sit with people in their hardest moments and witness their growth is both humbling and deeply meaningful.
