You’ve come seeking a space where vulnerability meets understanding. You’re not alone.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology, and I have several years of experience supporting people through psychiatric, interpersonal, and adjustment challenges— such as feeling overwhelmed in triggering situations, depressed, or not enjoying life as they usually would. What truly matters is how we work together. My practice is grounded in empathy and tailored to your needs. Whether we're working through troublesome thoughts with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, cultivating emotional balance via Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, exploring solutions with a focused lens, or delving deeper through psychodynamic perspectives—our journey is yours, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Beyond my work, I recharge in the mountains—trekking, exploring new cultures, and immersing myself in stories through books. These experiences keep me rooted, inspired, and ever-curious—qualities I bring into our sessions.
I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe enough to explore whatever you're carrying. Therapy isn't just about addressing symptoms—it's about building insight, resilience, and meaningful change. You're not expected to have all the answers; we’ll find them together.
If you're feeling stuck, seeking clarity, or longing for a place that hears you, let's connect. I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to reach out to schedule a conversation or learn more.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I chose to become a therapist initially out of curiosity and fascination about the human mind. Eventually, I have understood that many people experience mental health concerns which can be very isolating. I have experienced my loved ones facing mental health concerns as well which motivated me to further to pursue this field.
