Misha (she/her) is a psychologist who believes that early experiences profoundly shape individuals and advocates for safe and joyful childhoods for all children. Misha’s approach is grounded in curiosity and care, while paying attention to how relationships and social context shape lived experiences. She takes a strengths-based approach, focusing on and nurturing what supports and uplifts her clients. She tries to honour young people’s agency, while staying curious about how they see things, and endeavours to create a space where their voice isn’t rushed or overshadowed. A firm believer in taking life gently and balancing work with joy, she actively tries to bring creativity, play and humour into both her professional and personal life. She aims to create a non-judgmental and accepting environment where no thought or feeling is too trivial to be explored or held together. Outside of work, she can often be found watching movies, clicking photographs, or experimenting in the kitchen, coffee in hand and a favourite song in the background.
