Mental health is not a challenging project, requiring constant work and grinding, but a landscape that becomes richer with inner work. Each person is a complex, multi-dimensional world within themselves. The therapy space for me, is one of exploration, relation, learning and unlearning. My immersion in the field has built my immense faith in the ability to heal, given the right kind of space and environment.
I completed my Masters in Applied Psychology (specialisation in Clinical and Counselling practice) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. I hold an interest in Humanistic approaches and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy. I have worked with individuals with anxiety and mood-related concerns, and interpersonal concerns in both offline and online set-ups. Given my research background, I am also interested in working with queer folx. When I am not working, I love reading and blogging about books (and giving book recommendations), learning how to play the ukulele, and analysing pop culture.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I have always been fascinated by the way in which people make sense of and find meaning in the world. Being a therapist allows me to not only learn and understand people’s experiences, but also explore ways to witness their journey of growth, resilience, and self-discovery. This mingling of the scientific and experiential worlds is what draws me to the field.

My therapist Meghna Pradeep is amazing!!! She gets me, sees me where I am, it is a non-judgemental space and she gives me unconditional positive regard while slowly and effectively dropping seeds of change in my mind. Highly recommend her and Amaha.- Google Review
