We all carry a quiet yearning to understand ourselves and be understood. Maybe that’s why “I understand you” can feel more intimate than anything else we hear.
Hello! I’m a Clinical Psychologist, and like you, I’m also doing life for the first time. My personal experiences have shown me that suffering is inevitable, and suffering alone is intolerable. Therapy with me, then, becomes a journey where that suffering softens into something more bearable, as we collaboratively explore it with acceptance.
We gently create and protect a therapeutic space that can hold your becoming. My approach is rooted in attachment and person-centered work, which means I pay attention not just to what you say, but also to how you’ve learned to be in relationships with others and with yourself.
With curiosity and compassion, I tailor sessions to your pace, context, and needs. Your past offers important clues, but I center who you are in the present, listening closely to your lived experiences, sitting with your silences, and helping you make sense of patterns that may feel confusing or stuck. Together, we begin to notice what lies beneath the obvious, and slowly make space for something new.
My work lets me understand people’s stories deeply, while outside of it I stay connected to mine through travel, art, movement, and small everyday rituals that make life feel a little more alive. You’ll probably find me with a cup of coffee, mid-conversation, musing on the many contradictions of being human.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I didn’t arrive here just through training, but through my own questions about people, pain, and patterns. I’ve always been drawn to understanding what sits beneath the surface. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural way to hold that curiosity with responsibility, and to sit with others in a way that makes their inner world feel a little less overwhelming and a little more understood.
