I believe we’re more than our pain, and I’m really glad you found your way here. If you’re feeling lost, stuck, or tired of carrying it all alone, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin again. You don’t need to explain everything perfectly; we’ll make sense of it together. As a therapist, I hold space for people to bring in the messiness, the pauses, the contradictions, without the pressure to “get it right.” I draw from narrative therapy, exploring the stories you’ve had to live by. We also look at how past experiences might still be affecting the present, sometimes without us even realising it. With a client-centered approach, where you set the pace and direction. I see therapy as a space to untangle things, slowly and gently, without judgment. I’m a consultant psychologist at Amaha, with a Master’s from TISS, Mumbai. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find me playing NYT games, carrying the latest Emily Henry novel, or spending time with friends who challenge and ground me. If you’re considering therapy, or even just curious about it, I’d be honoured to meet you wherever you are.

FAQs
FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?

It wasn’t a single moment or a grand epiphany. I think it began with a quiet noticing of how people carry their experiences in silence. I was always curious to understand the behaviour of people around me and how everyone was different. Becoming a therapist felt like a way to engage with that honestly. It allows me to sit with discomfort, explore meaning, and be part of a process that’s relational, not prescriptive. There’s something profoundly human about it—being allowed into someone’s inner world, with care and responsibility. It’s work that keeps me grounded, curious, and accountable, both to others and to myself.
