Seeking therapy can feel intimidating at first, but I’m really glad you’ve taken this step. Therapy is a space where you can bring your highs and lows, your strengths and struggles, and explore them with care. It can be a place to rebuild, reflect or simply breathe and connect. Everyone’s reasons for coming to therapy are different, and it’s about understanding what you need and working together to meet those needs. My goal as an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist is to do exactly that.
In therapy, I follow an eclectic and collaborative approach, integrating elements from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT). CBT offers clarity by identifying and reshaping negative thought patterns, while DBT provides practical skills to navigate and regulate strong emotions. ACT complements both by fostering acceptance of your experiences and supporting meaningful, value-driven change. I tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients, with the aim of creating a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space that fosters growth and self-understanding. I believe therapy is a process of awareness and healing, where even small shifts in perspective can lead to meaningful change. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing clients grow, gain clarity and start believing in their own strength.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, spending time in nature, discovering new content and being with my dogs, who never fail to brighten my day.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
Human behaviour has fascinated me for as long as I can remember. I have always wondered why people react so differently to the same situation and what shapes those emotions, thoughts and choices. Over the years, I found myself drawn to listening and being there for people, whether it was friends going through something or someone just needing to be understood. Helping them made me feel genuinely fulfilled and gave me a sense of purpose and direction. I realised that this is what I’m meant to do; to understand, support, and help people heal. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of that calling.
